one
The invention relates to the manufacture of packaging blanks by cutting from a continuous web, and more specifically to an apparatus for the manufacture of packaging blanks from tape material.
A device for the manufacture of blanks is known, containing its conveyor belts for moving tape material and a knife for cutting blanks 1.
A disadvantage of the known device is unreliability in operation.
Closest to the present invention is a device for the manufacture of packaging blanks of tape material, comprising two endless tapes with openings communicated with a vacuum system, spaced one from another at a distance corresponding to the width of the tape material, and a knife for cutting blanks. 2
The disadvantage of such a device is the impossibility of continuous fixation of the material.
The purpose of the invention is to ensure the continuous fixation of the material.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for the manufacture of packaging blanks of tape material containing two endless ribbons with holes communicated with the vacuum system, spaced one from the other at a distance corresponding to the width of the tape material and the knife for cutting tape blanks have transverse slits open on adjacent sides of the ribbons for knife passage.
The ends of the slots facing the outer sides of the belts protrude at a distance greater than the width of the web material.
Tapes have holes for the drive elements.
In addition, the belts contain an actuator for their accelerated movement compared with the speed of movement of the material.
FIG. 1 shows schematically a device for receiving packaging blanks, side view; in fig. 2 view A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - part of the transportation section on an enlarged scale; FIG. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 1 (in the area of the first cutting unit); in fig. 5 shows a section B-B in FIG. 1 (in the area of the node performing the cutting); in fig, b - section G-D in fig. one.
In the exemplary embodiment of the device, the packaging blanks 1 are cut from a continuous strip 2 of packaging material, for example a synthetic film, and are fed in a vertical plane to position 3 of processing. In this zone, the blank bends around the transversely supplied package 4 or any other object, taking an i-shape. The package 4 is transported along a horizontal conveyor 5 and, gripping the vertical blank 1, passes through the mouthpiece b. In this case, the workpiece 1 and-shaped facilitates the packaging 4. After the mouthpiece b package 4c blank
1 drop into the socket 7 of the turret drum.
From above, the belt 2 is fed to two with water pulling rollers 8 and 9, the rotation speed of which is adjustable. Next, the tape 2 gets to the site of transportation, which consists of vertically arranged circulating tapes 10 and 11, With their help tape
2 and hereinafter, the workpiece 1 is captured in a vertical section, transported and held. Durable, tensile and flexible belts 10 and 11 round the common lower and upper rollers 12 and 13, of which, for example, the upper one is driven. For orientation of the belts 10 and 11, the rollers 14 and 15 are provided with recesses 16, corresponding in width to the belts 10 and 11,
The tapes 10 and 11 are located apart from the other at a distance so that the tape 2 and also the workpiece 1 lean with their side edges on the inner edges of the tapes 10 and 11 facing each other, the tape 2 and the workpiece 1 are fixed throughout the entire transport section. sticking to the belts 10 and 11, which is ensured by the suction of air. For this purpose, the belts 10 and 11 in the abutting zone of the belt 2 and the workpiece 1 are provided with a number of suction holes 17. Through them, air is sucked from the belt 2 and the workpiece 1, which are pressed against the belts 10 and 1-1,
To form the preform 1 at the transport site, i.e. in the zone of ribbons 10 and 11, across the belt 2, a transverse cut 18 is made for the entire width of the tape 2 by a fixed cutting unit, which consists of a rotating knife 19 and a fixed resistant knife 20,
The tapes 10 and 11 are provided with slots 21 and 22, which are made on sides facing one another and have such transverse dimensions that the knife 19 can interact with the resistant knife 20 along their entire length, passing the edges through the slots 21 and 22 As shown in FIG. 2 and 3, the slots 21 and 22 are somewhat deeper than the length of the knife 19 and the resistant knife 20. The last ones, in turn, are somewhat longer than the width of the belt 2,
The tapes 10 and 11 can be made of any suitable width, since the slots 21 and 22 ensure unhindered passage of the knives 19 and 20. Outside the zone of the slots 21 and 22, i.e. on the continuous section of the ribbons 10 and 11, there are holes 23 in which the finger-shaped projections 24 of the driving part, in this case the upper part
ka 12 for transferring the pulling force to the belts 10 and 11.
The branch of the ribbons 10 and 11, facing the belt 2 or the workpiece 1, extends in the zone of the vertical support plate 25. Along the edges, it extends beyond the ribbons 10 and 11, which extend in flat grooves 26 and 27 of the plate 25, having corresponding dimensions ( 6).
On the side of the belts 10 and 11, opposite the belt 11 or the workpiece 1, narrow vertical suction nozzles 28 and 29 are adjacent to the plate 25 with suction pipes 30 and 31. The nozzles 28 and 29 are located approximately along the entire height of the belts 10 and 11, and the pipes 30 and 31 is connected to a low pressure source.
By adjusting the speed of rotation of the pulling rolls 8 and 9, it is possible at the CONSTANT speed of the belts 10 and 11 to provide a different format or length of the blanks. The spacing of the slots 21 and 22 on the belts 10 and 11 from each other is calculated for a defined maximum length of the blanks. This is achieved, if tape 2 is fed at the same speed with the help of the corresponding drive of rolls B and 9. By reducing the speed of rotation of the rolls 8 and 9 and the corresponding decrease.
1, the speed of transporting the tape 2 can (when the latter is grabbed by the tapes 10 and 11 with sliding) reduce the length of the blanks.
Using the proposed device, the web and blanks of critical material can be transported freely along the entire length of the section, continuously supporting and guiding along the edges. Using the proposed device allows for continuous fixation of the tape material.
